Roz needs a recipe for Nann bread, using ingredients available in super markets in France. Ooooooooooo I can give you a good one. But only if you promise to credit BWi with it Make Naan bread here loads, queues outside the door begging for it

Ros - get Madhur Jaffrey's "Indian Cooking" - forget the patak sauces etc - Her naan bread recipe works every time. But it's basically just bread dough, put in the oven for a bit, then under the grill. I used to love it in Pakistan, going to the tandoori bakery - they'd ask if you wanted the naans well done or not - and you had to take your own cloth to wrap them in - Swat valley, once an ancient Budhist kingdom, now destroyed by Taliban and floods.

Tonight we'll mainly be cooking a coq (one of the cheap pack of 2 from SuperU), roasted desiree tatties, and whatever veg can find from the garden, stuffing and bread sauce.
Love to hear your far away stories Ian, always find them fascinating.

After a lot of waiting, clicking 'here' cos nothing was happening, I've got thru to a blank pdf page. Could you just cut and paste the recipes perhaps in the recipe section? Would be a lot easier and quicker and I'm interested to see them. Thank you.
