How Can i change It into English?
Or failing that, how do i partichon the hard drive so i can load English XP pro on it?

Humm, thats the other way round I.E W7 onto XP. I do know how to partishon and i have had dual OS before, but i cant do It in French. I cant evan find the contrôle panel

Win 7 lets you change the language, but i think it may be only ultimate version or business.
Try control panel, category, regional settings langage etc and see what languages are installed and then you can reset the language; or even better you can set up another user and have that user have english and another user have french.
Failing that you can download language packs from microsoft and install several languages.
Sorry can't give you chapter and verse but I use Macs.

You thought about installing VMware player or Sun Virtualbox and then running your UK OSs in that? That way you protect the core OS from any nasties and can run whatever you like as a guest OS. With Virtualbox you can clone the OS once it is set up to your liking and then, you have a ready made backup should you ever have any problems.

Argg, the thing is not set up to boot from disc, and if I got in the bios I whouldent understan it in french. and It wont let me manuly install XP. Don’t think this puter likes me
