Oh Willy, Chateauroux, brings back great memories........ helped a friend of mine get her daughter into school there a few years ago when her French lang was a bit dodgy. Suffice to say daughter is now fluent, friend is now better than me @ speak, but I'll never forget the visit to the town. Lib - so chuffed that the girls will be with you, can just imagine your happiness

Madness in M & S. Queued for 30 minutes to collect pre-ordered turkey. Then queued for another 30 minutes at the checkout to pay! The shop was heaving, but the good thing was they were serving free pain aux raisins!

Left home at 8.30 for E Leclerk went in the shop at 9.00 back home at 10.30after buying some flowers for our neighbour and had to queue at boulongere for bread. Leclerk very busy this morning.Let xmas begin .

We just did same as Ali, just to get last few bits, ALL the tills were open and there were no queues, it was probably the best pre Christmas shopping experience ever.
