English mustard? If it's the unknown brand they've had previously, (Hatherwood?) then don't bother. Bought some, opened it, tried it - once - and chucked it in the dustbin. Don't know for the rest.

i haven't tried the mustard but the cheddar which is really nice.
I don't work for Lidl by the way!! i just thought some of you might be interested.

I find Hatherwood's stuff to be really good, and the cheddar is actually made in England.

€7.48 !!! Makes you wonder how the supermarkets dare to charge between 14 and 17 euros for cheddar, most of which has been prefrozen so you can't even slice it.

i guess it is the quantity Lidl order. They negociate a better price.

Oh goody! Will be popping down for some cheddar as I get fed up with the pre-frozen crumbly stuff too although Le Clercs in Lamballe have packs of McClelland Seriously Strong but it's not as cheap as the Lidl's cheddar....
