Forgive me for saying but its a very pretty and content-less off the peg site.
Anybody can build one nowdays and nobody ever fills them up.
You seem to have 134 links on your homepage!!! Where the hell do they all go?
Where is the forum? I gave up looking for it.

It's a franchise operation; someone is trying to do an "AI" but with better graphics. I've taken the time to read all the terms and conditions for advertisers and so-called members. They even expect to own copyright on the adverts, while graciously permitting you to retain rights to your brand image. Some of the wording makes me ask if the franchise big boss is a former employee of Pravda.
But everyone knows I'm a suspicious, surly old git...

hiya I had been reading this then it was moved. Those that operate without registering in France are working on the black. We ran a web site of properties in Haute Normandie for many years and from the first day had a registration number and paid our dues, we don't think it's fair to see this sort of thing going on.

Hi all, Just to confirm that my Siret number is; 525 250 650 00013 I am not working unregistered... the siret number was on the 'About Me' page! I assure you I 'pay my dues' and all is above board!! Yes I 'bought' the contact management system (as I do not have the time or web programming skills to build my own from scratch)but I am NOT a big franchise but just me and my family. If you want to know more about us check out the blog where I have written about me, my husband and my 3 boys. The whole purpose was to move away from the faceless system and have something which is informative but is free for everyone to comment upon.... for example ALL articles can be commented on and I will not be removing negative feedback but using it to get better! It has taken me and my husband, Nev, months and months of research to make the site as comprehensive as possible... so much more to come though. Not that it was a hardship to do things like visit and review as many beaches as possible (we did this as could find nowhere else which provided access/facility/lifeguard etc)!!! So I disagree with content comment.... we already have hundreds of articles about towns and villages in the area with photos and information such as their history, what shops there are, travel links, average house prices etc. All loving researched and visited by my good self! Would welcome any more questions and debate!! Natasha www.guide2brittany.com

They even expect to own copyright on the adverts, while graciously permitting you to retain rights to your brand image. But everyone knows I'm a suspicious, surly old git... Sorry Stavros just realised I hadn't answered all your points. Owning the copyright to the advert only refers if we actually create and design a button or banner advert for you.... a service which we will do for free! Obviously, if you provided your own artwork its your own artwork not ours! Hope that clears things up and thank you for bringing the paragraph to my attention.... I will work on making this more clear. Thanks for your help Natasha www.guide2brittany.com

That's us told!
Can we assume, then, that the terms and conditions come with the bundle, part of the franchiser's package that the franchisee buys into?
