So all you internet-philes - Face book - how does this work then? We live partly in France - 70per cent and partly in Italy- 30 per cent. I have a face book account which I use sporadically. Yesterdy when I logged on I got the usual crop of pics of barely known people under the heading of 'people you might know' Normally I recognise most of these as friends of friends. Yesterday in this box, I was confronted by a pic of my next door neighbour in Italy. This has spooked me because..... a. I cannot stand the man since he promised to water my plants but instead let them die and stole my water to do a vast amount of cementing. b. I am not facebook friends with anyone in Italy so he cannot be linked as a friend of a friend c. I have never done a search for him d. I delete my history regularly. e. We have neither phone nor internet in Italy I am not aware of ever having anyone in Italy come up there before, so how is he there? Answers on a postcard please......

Walk away from Facebook, Bin it. How do you think old duffers like me manage without it? - Easily! If I were on Facebook I'd have gangsters tracking me down... Think it through. If you want to keep in touch with friends write them a letter!

Em that would make sense.... wonder why he would though... but it does seem like a rational explanation - thanks.
