Just can't get nuff of them.
Went to Blus Birthday afternoon in Jan and Blu made the most gorgeous profiteroles ever!
Just made some this afternoon with Von Neighbour, this is the recipe Von uses:
6oz Plain flour (roughly 170g) 4 fluid oz water 2 oz butter (57g ish) 3 heggs
As I sat and watched she put the flour, water and butter into a saucepan over hear and mixed it all up, then off heat and added the heggs with a whisk (although it was rather hard work), then wit 2 teaspoons, spooned the mixture onto a baking tray and into the oven for about 20 mins or so at 220c. Cooled, Whipped cream inside, choklit on the outside.
SCRUMMY !!
