If you had both on your doorstep (and yes I know Thai isn't chinese but lumped it together just coz) which type of take-away would you prefer and why?

Thai, if it was owned by Thais.
'Indian' I can make up very quickly and is very difficult to find true indian anyhow, chinese not really too 'anglicised' now. I am spoiled by having 4 top class Thai restaurants within a 6 mile radius which will do take aways, and a green grocer who supplies fresh ingredients to some of them. Their Chilli Jam is brilliant.

Not pizza - can't get my head around the nutrional balance (lack of), but I don't think Indian is much better on that score, but at least it tastes...

Thai. Lib, you lucky man. All that great scenery, and 4 thai restaurants within easy reach. oops, forgot the 'why' bit! Thai is lighter and fresher tasting than chinese and it makes me happy

Coming from Leicester its gotta be Indian love um Never had a bad one in Leicester, but some are better than others, also a mega superstore not far from my dads where I stop when I go back so I can get a whole range of spices, pappadoms, pickles and Naan. YUMMY!

From your list I would pick Indian, BUT I real do miss the local Mexican.
