Each Xmas i have a cashew nut loaf that I love as do all the meat eaters It has occured to me that I get a couple of slices of the nut roast whilst the meat eaters get MY nut roast, turkey, pork, crackling, meat stuffing, sausages wrapped in bacon, so I'm thinking not fair SSSOOO does any one have a tasty veggie stuffing recipe that I can make for ME please

Simson if you look on the recipe site I posted chestnut, apple and pine kernel stuffing which is delicious, you can play around with what you put in it. It's either to be found here in the kitchen section or if you look on the right hand side of the forum page you will see a grey square saying "Recipes, Our French Cooking" - click on that and it's got our recipes that we are adding to as time goes by so they are all in one place. How about your cashew nut loaf recipe?

Brilliant, cheers Simson. I have tons of unsalted cashews I buy from the Asian shop for stir fries.
