We have figs, great but what do you do with a glut of figs? Found a recipe for Fig and Blue Cheese Tart, sounds fantastic. So here I am at 8.32pm,still messing around with the tart,is it me? Recipes say, cook the onions for 5 mins till soft,I have never managed to cook onions for that time and they be soft, any one else had this experience?

Britchick's normally a regular on here late at night - guess the figs have had an effect.
