Me too, though don't do a lot with chicken as it is sooooooo expensive. Generally a roast label rouge chicken (bought on promo when €4 a kilo ish) then cold with salad for 3 days after or a chicken pie the last night. But go for chook breasts and the price just for battery type chicken goes up to about €11 per kg. I was looking on some British supermarket websites and their chicken prices barely go up when they are chopped up into jointed bits or sold as breasts. No wonder they can afford to use chook breast - we have to have one between two.
