And rule N° 1 is No Weight Watchers!I've picked up a few tricks and one or two recipes that work, but eating is for enjoyment! If anyone believes that eating is for improving your silhouette, or your health, or purely for taking on fuel for worthy pursuits, don't bother with my posts! And if I say "add more wine", don't ask "how much?", just pour yourself a glass! There aren't really many more rules, except those that will make a real difference such that you'll mess something up and waste good ingredients. This is an "edit" to this post - Ali asked in another thread if she could substitute, say, greek yoghurt for goat's milk yoghurt. Yeah, sure, whatever you enjoy best, this isn't Delia, where everything is measured to the exact gram...
