Proper Lancs grub. Bang a load of spuds in the oven and bake them When done, cut them into halves and scoop out the potato into a receptacle. Then add a Stavros (i.e. a knob-nob) of butter, a splash of milk, and a load of grated cheese. Knock it about a bit until it becomes mashed potato. Then refill the empty skins, and add a sprinkling of grated cheese on the tops. Bung em back in the oven, and serve when the cheese has melted, and almost ‘set’
