Blend onions with des spoon water add flour and S&P into blender pipe into rings onto oiled baking sheet small enough to fit into freezer bung baking sheet with onion rings on into freezer when frozen flour them so they keep seperate put into container and leave in freezer til wanted when wanted, out of freezer still frozen make a light batter dip into batter and fry beautiful

Des = dessert spoon, 2 scant teaspoon S&P = salt and pepper
Not too sure about the batter

Typical, suddenly AnnieD wants to 'try' to cook something, omg will wonders ever cease Batter, ahh, well thats equally a recipe that I don't have but basically...... flour, water, S&P mixed up with a whisk or beer, flour, S&P ditto or (don't laugh - have used this is it's good) cheap 99c fizzy white wine, flour S&P ditto Don't ask me how much of each, I tend to cook by default. If it's rubbish its not default of the cook
