I'm terrible with indoor plants - always seem to kill them. I have a Parlour Palm in a pot placed in my care to look after for around 3 months BUT It's not looking happy It's sat at a set of double doors (French doors lol), single glazed. So the palm's in in the light. The leaves are looking like they're starting to loose their colour, I'm watering from the base (occasionally). Can somebody advise - aaaaaggggggghhhhhh it's not my plant !

These palms do like it warm so if it has got a bit chilly at night, this might be why it is looking a bit pale. My late MIL had a huge one of these which she kept on top of her fridge. It seemed to like the heat from the fridge and moist atmosphere of the kitchen. Never had one of these palms myself - all I can grow inside are spider plants and cacti!

Thank you both! Have moved 'it' and put it in the dogs bedroom Hopefully the temp will be more constant and it's out of direct sunlight now too. Was a bit dry so chucked some water at it. Wondering if should spray leaves with tepid water? Keeping fingers crossed - whoops!
