Last summer we had so many strawberries I threw loads in the freezer. Any ideas on using them up since I know that they will mush when defrosted, and we dont eat loads of jam either. bw Blu

In a food processor put the still frozen strawberries in with some fromage frais and a little sugar or powdered sweetener. Whizz them together. Instant Icecream. Eat immediately and enjoy!!

umm that sounds interesting, i wonder if my blender is up to it. Must buy a food processor, mine died a few years back
