The reasons for posting now are twofold:
1. We can't have a thread about Christmas sitting on the board forever, so this new thread kicks it off. Christmas is not topical all the year round (but get ready, 'cos it's coming round again...).
2. While it would be sorta kinda neat if you were to post something, from time to time, it doesn't matter if you don't, provided that you look in from time to time...
Looking in is a human and social interaction like any other. It's good. It's one of the common bonds that bind us...
