Anyone out there sent back fauly goods to Amazon?
I bought a dash cam from Amazon uk 11 months ago.
The thing has developed a fault and is not recording so I want to return it under (what I assume would be a 12 month) guarantee.
Tried to email a reply to the email they sent me for order and delivery but its a no-reply email address.
Tried to contact E PRANCE direct - they have a contact us section, but you click on contact us and it goes back to the same page
Looked on amazon site who imply that they only deal with returns within the first 30 days of purchase (mine is longer)....actually I thought the sale of goods act held the seller responsible if the goods are faulty,; if so they should deal with it anyway.
I probably have the box at home but am currently in Spain and won't be back until after the 12 months has expired.
Suggestions welcome thanks

I assume this is Amazon.UK
Go to their site and sign in
Go to "your account" and then "Return or replace items".
It should show your most recent items so click on "select different orders"
Follow instructions to find the item and click on return item.
There should also be a "contact us" button if you need help. You enter your phone number and they ring you straight back.
Hope this helps
