I have to start by saying that I am not a political animal and do not nor never have supported any one political party.
Last night I stayed up to hear the result of the vote and found myself enthralled by the speech made by Hilary Benn. Not since Churchill's day have I heard a speech so well presented, so erudite and so clearly making his point. It matters not whether I agree with his stance on the subject, but here I see a man who should be a leader of his party, he commands respect, obviously has a good brain and is able to express himself in a way that others understand.
Hello, to all Labour Party members, when Worzle goes and he will, get behind this man and he could lead you back to government.

Hello, to all Labour Party members, when Worzle goes and he will, get behind this man and he could lead you back to government. I thought it was an incredible speech.....sadly, Hilary Benn has previously said he isn't interested in being party leader. Whether he could be persuaded by the possibilty of becoming PM is a different matter....
