I use these as my ISP and they were hacked a couple of weeks ago. Got the all clear from them a few days ago, nothing about my account was compromised! I had already spent the best part of an hour changing and verifying passwords as soon as it was announced the previous week or so and all was OK I thought! Funny but last week my English online bank locked me out and I had to reset everything including using my "coupon" gadget. Someone tried to use my old password and security questions. Then 5 days ago the same happened with our French account. The first time I tried to log on I had a message saying the site was under maintenance and to try later. The next time it was "invalid parameters used", contact us via this web page. To cut a log story short I had to have a new password sent to me by post at our French address. Yesterday I received an email to contact my branch in Brittany and ask for a specific person because they had left a message on my French phone and I hadn't responded, they even quoted my phone number. I did this and they are now sending my new password to England with VERY firm instructions to change it immediately. I was quite pleased with my command of French and even more pleased with the lady's command of English!!!

Passwords et moi - I have to have a book, a little blue book, this little blue book contains all of my passwords for everything that I use. Each and every password is different for everything. Each entry in my little blue book is 'encrypted'
Scary times.
I still know people who simply use their birthdate for EVERYTHING !!! Then receive happy Birthdays on places like Facebook etc.
Scary times.
