Hiya Happy Girlie Hope I'm not too late to help .... for leekes I usually use old toilet roll middles and drop them into a hole about 5" down then drop the leek plants into said hole and water well. I'm guessing a spacing between plants of about 6" or so too. Not sure where abouts you are in Brittany or France but usually stores like Point Vert, Bricomarche etc have loads of seeds and also young plants for sale. Would love to know how you get on. Ali
