Has anyone else received a very long form from STGS with regard to their water supply ??
My French is basic (to say the least) so not sure if my water supplier is changing from Saur to STGS or its STGS trying to get new business ??
Anyone else received forms - I'm in Morbihan near Gourin

I don't know what is going on with water. I am with Lyonnaise des eaux a&nd normally get a facture every June and December but so far no facture; two months overdue as are my neighbours.
The water company seem to want me to go onto a monthly prelievment and efacture but I prefer things as they are. Waiting to see what happens next (or doesn't)

My mantra in France - receive a form or bill ........ bin it. If it was important you'll get another in red lol (or scan it and post here and we'll all take a gander for you)

Wibs, why not give Saur a call for clarification - I believe this is the English speaking helpline
08 00 36 47 75 Mon - Fri 9am -5.30 pm
(Apologies if you don't need the English one)
