Anybody got any experience of getting car keys cut, my Rover 75 key fob needs replacing, I have obtained an OEM fob complete with key but the actual key is not swappable.
I need a reliable locksmith to cut the new key using the original as a template, I see SuperU offer key cutting service but am a little dubious about using them.
Anybody used SuperU or what should I look for in the phone directory for key cutting services?
Pete.

Try contacting Simon (trophee-clef@hotmail.fr) he's probably too far from you to do it face to face but may do by post. He's done a few keys for me and married the fobs to the car security..........you do know that the fob will need to be married to the car.

Thanks Barty I'll contact him, the electronics are easily transferred to new fob, no programming required, that would only be needed if the original was lost.
