Fascinating - new take on the dating sites? tombstone.com? What happens if she wants a divorce?

After the 'marriage' she immediately becomes a widow so divorce doesn't come into it.....unless you can cite being dead as 'unreasonable behaviour'....

What about inheritance, would the 'widow' automatically take if there were no children? There are a few rich (so popular rumour would have it) old bachelor farmers around these 'ere parts who, having avoided the holy state of matrimony all their lives could well be in jeopardy nonetheless.
