Was very localised pandj, just our hamlet. Thourie was fine and surrounding areas. Fingers crossed then

need somebody wot can speak French to call Orange for me....... I have French punters that use the English speaking helpline because they get more sense and action from them.

The int line is brill - short hours compared to the french one but yes - much more personal too. By the way - I was kidding during an earlier comment about needing someones help to call the French line - however, that said I've gone around in circles trying to get through to their 'depannage' they really do not make it easy! So today I will be calling the english speaking number. I really do think that the French nation have no concept of customer service in general .....

I must admit we found the english helpline very rude when we had a problem last year.I was told it wasn't his problem and he put the phone down on me!!!!!!!!!!!!!I went to the orange shop and was going to cancel our contracts whith them. Going onto BC no power,we were ok as we have loads of candles and our gas hob was fine for cooking.Hot water lasted a good day and then we boiled water.Both of us were either reading or playing cards. We will be buying a Compresor for the freezer tho.When we get round to it.

Just got home, freezer OK , fencing wrecked Shame about the fence but clearing out gone off food is a dreadful job so probably better the fence went!

I agree - had to clean out a friends gone off freezer once - was physically sick - YUK - much nicer to rebuild the fence.
