Its too small for us to fully restore, its for sale as it is just now if it does not sell within a couple of months it will get a new roof, windows doors and floors. Its in a fantastic position but will only ever be a 2/3 bed house. Size still matters for brits in France, so its easier renovating and selling a bigger property.
