Its called Levure Boulangère in a red & white box made by francine, same as the flour. It`s got to have " instantanée ( fast action)on the front of the box and you get it in any supermarket next to the flour. If you see it grab a few cos you`ll never see it again for weeks

I used to love apple doughnuts, suppose it will be the same, just leave out the jam, put in apple, must try some.
