Traditionally Crepes are served for Chandeleur (Candlemas) on Feb 2nd. In Brittany we can get galettes, the savoury ones, & crepes all the time, we don't need to wait for shrove Tuesday.

Pancakes done and dusted for another year (thank goodness,never bother doing them for myself as after doing 4 have had enough)

We having ours for lunch tomorrow as out tomorrow night and had already defrosted sausages when I realised it was Pancake Day
