At a time when the churches are struggling to even maintain their congregations, the Anglican church has said no to women bishops and yes to gay bishops.
Two words sum up my feelings.........Absolutely unbelievable!

Totally agree with you, John - but Alan and I have been saying that they've had gay bishops for blooming years! Neither of us are a bit religious but the whole thing has made us quite angry!

No concern of mine here either, but doesn't mean that I wouldn't have a point of view if asked. Just what messages are they sending out here?

No direct concern of mine either, I gave up on the church a long time since. I am however uncomfortable with the way the church is allowed to be in flagrant breech of basic employment law in discriminating against women for no other reason than gender whilst promoting homosexuality within the church. Total bunch of hypocrites!
