My mixer is giving up the ghost and I have always wanted a Kenwood Chef. Have you got one lurking in a cupboard you never use? Doesn't matter how old it is as long as it works and you don't want a fortune for it.
I have a Morphy Richards double breadmaker(used twice) to exchange or part exchange if that suits.
I am in Guiscriff(west 56) so preferably that sort of area but would travel a bit for the right machine............Thanks

Ali, have you had one? They last for ever if your carefull to replace the rubber feet so it does not over heat. The cakes it makes are very light. The number of attachments unbelievable, mincer, bean slicer, juicer, cream maker, sausage attachment............. If I kill this one will buy another, they are about €300 new I think.

OK I am sorted. I didn't get a Kenwood Chef but was offered a clone machine. Not such good quality but it is the same size, has the same mixing action and all the attachments. Hardly used and 50€. I think it will do me fine, I won't be using it every day so should last me a while.

Note from Admin: Please keep to the subject in discussion, ie, Kenwood Mixers. Any discussion about Elkay never having had a big one should be posted under members only where all of the interesting bits are. I'm under no illusion either
