Hi, We are supposed to get a new "freebox" wireless router sent for collection at our local Tabac 11 kms away - it has yet to turn up! With the notifying email, there is no reply facility.
Meanwhile, our telephone no longer works but we still have wireless internet.
Has anyone an idea why this should be and have a fix for it? Also has anyone replaced/upgraded their freebox
Checked the connections of the wires and cables appear to be firmly attached to terminals.

Hi Willy we have an orange live box internet/phone when i loose the phone which happens quite regularly I unplug the live box for a few seconds and that seems to cure it ?? dont know if this will help you though Bon chance Oh just thought ,,you should have a test box for the phone before the box you plug into for the live box try your phone in that ! if it works then you know its the tinternet box thingy

Ours was upgraded a few months ago with no problems. I even managed to install it myself! This may seem a silly question but doyou have one phone or two? Our system needs two telephones (1 FT incoming, 1 used for outgoing VOIP calls) due to lack of bandwidth ...
