Today I decided to start replacing the three belts, I was horrified to discover that the three bolts securing the RH engine mount to engine were loose, if not for the inner wing they would have fallen out. I drove the car from Nottingham to Janze (France), at no time did I experience any kind of problem, in fact the car drove and felt just fine. I am to say the least starting to get worried, if three such important bolts are left unfixed then what else am I going to discover. I stopped work when I discovered the bolts, I had to walk away from it.

I can't figure how it drove with an engine mount not fixed, and it passed an MOT.
Also discovered the engine lower tray and lower cambelt cover are missing.

When I was about 18 yrs I bought lovely white 8 spokes for my 1968 mini, they fitted perfectly. Coz I was always messing with the mini one day I'd taken all the wheels off to give them a good clean and got sidetracked before finishing putting them back on, I'd left the front ones loose! (Hadnt finished tightening the bolts) Went up the road to see my mom in the mini and got wheel wobble Needless to say I'd 'stretched' the bolt holes on my lovely white 8 spokes. But they were ok on the back ;D

Even F1 mechanics sometimes forget to tighten wheel nuts I've just been shopping for a Torx Cle size T50, I went to Bricomarche, Weldom's and PointP, nobody stocks them, maximum size they have is T40.
