Please send recipe for chinese pork or it will be cold pork here for tea tomorrow ;D ;D Ooops ! Here you go 3 shallots chopped finely a few mushrooms finely chopped 125g minced pork (mince up the cooked pork (I used blender)) 1 teaspoon sesame oil 2 teaspoons soy sauce 1 tsp fish or oyster sauce if u have it chinese 5 spice to taste (This is my own addition to the recep) a lettuce (optionals: crab meat, dried chinese mushrooms, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots) .......... gently soften the shallots over lowish heat, add the mushrooms then all the rest, stir lots. I just serve directly from the pan/wok, put some of the mix into lettuce leaf and roll up. Lovely Here's a recep that I've found which is closest to the one I used: www.healthyweightforum.org/eng/healthy_recipes/pork-lettuce-rolls.asp
