I've had a tekky gap year or several and caught tekkyitis which involves the need and purchase for new tekky items. Gotta say, inspired by Britchick, am loving the wifi Internet radio that Fli's delivered this morning hot off the press from Currys UK. Bought this one: www.amazon.co.uk/Logitech-Squeezebox-Radio-Internet-streaming/dp/B002N2YZYU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1327765347&sr=8-1I've bought it really for use on my bedside table as a radio alarm and to listen to BBC etc, also having done some research I was interested in it's capability to hook up to the main PC here so that I could play my 'playlists' from all the mp3's etc I have. What a cracking bit of kit !! Set up was a cynch, connected immediately to the wiffy network here, got 1,000's of radio stations incl all of the BBC ones, internet ones, world-wide ones you name it. Even got a facebook app so I can look at my facebook pages from the radio !!!!!!! (Not that I use Facebook very often ;D ) Sound quality is better than expected too. All in all am very very chuffed. Just thought I'd share this with you coz am on main PC creating playlists to stream into the kitchen at the moment

It's all over the top of my head, looking at facebook through a radio, now how does that work. I'm still in the 80s. ;D
