For anyone that is around the Auny sur Odon area. There will be bric a brac stalls and you can get a bite to eat.

Found their web site if anyone wants to rehome a dog in that locality and can't make it there today: refugeaunaysurodon.e-monsite.com/Aunay sur Odon is just off the A84, sort of halfway between Vire and Caen.

Thanks for finding that ali, I managed to not come away with a dog, (I have 7 already thats enough) but have signed up to be a walker for them 2 afternoons a week.

Thats brilliant Milky! 7 dogs! OMG, we've enough with 2 knee high rascals Well done you for the 2 sessions a week, that will make one heck of a lot of difference to their lives. There is somebody we know down here that does the same thing at a refuge too. Feel all happy now

Trouble is I just get so sad when I see them all waiting for thier forever home, I must make sure I dont come home with any. For a farmer I am really not vary tough Good thing is that most of the dogs there dont seem to get on with cats and as I have 4 of them I feel pretty safe that I wont bring one of the refuge inmates home
