It looks lovely! Just out of interest are those the taxes you are paying AFTER you notified the impot peeps that you had renovated and have such a large habitable property? If so that is amazingly cheap! Cos funnily enough when we bought our renovated habitable house we had a letter from them saying that the notaire's details of our property did not match up the uninhabitable wreck they had on file - and so we had to do a lot of measuring and of course the prices went up enormously! Just a word of warning to potential buyers!

Same sq meterage as when we bought it, supposedly habitable but I wouldn`t have let a dog sleep in it never mind us. Madame Moorhen, could you also warn any potential buyers that we run a very successful B&B and although by October they will be on their knees they will be laughing all the way to the bank

Price is realistic too, this is another one that somebody should snap up.
