Does anyone have any recomendations? I tend to buy through JPG (Staples) because they deliver very quickly and I can put their invoices against the books, so realise could buy cheaper elsewhere. I already run 1 UPS which has saved the PC and screen time and time again allowing a full close down when there's a power cut, but am in the need for one that has actual power points in it so I can save the modem and phone too! Looking at the range below starting price 69,90 HT which one would you choose? www.jpg.fr/informatique/micro-informatique/protection-electrique-parafoudre

might as well go cheap 'n' cheerfull, the kit that you are protecting is cheap and uses almost no power. The JPG site, helpfully, doesn't give any specs.
