Can anybody advise me which plants to buy for hanging baskets, that fall over the sides, l think they are called ivy leaf geraniums in UK.
Much appreciate help.

Not really being a gardener, but always wishing to help, may I suggest either Geriatric ones or Alcoholic ones. They both will be unsteady on their stems and have a tendency to fall over the sides. Hope this is of assistance ..... PS: Oh dear, got a feeling that I may be in trouble off Admin for not treating a new member with respect ...... really am trying to help though ..... honestly Admin XX PPS: Grovelling apologies ndandps

yes, ndandps, the plant is called géranium lierre (ivy), and is brilliant for window boxes. I am no great gardener, but we displayed them in troughs and window boxes from May til September and they looked very rustic. Very hardy too considering the guests didn't water them often, I used the jelly stuff in the compost to keep it moist.

Bend over my knee Lib Exactly as Judith says. Also they're easy to take cuttings from to use later in the season or the following year for free!

naadspsnaansds ( sp) They`ve got them in Lidls...............3.99e for a six pack, got mine on thursday but had to hide them from the cold. Wonder if we`ll ever get them out.
