Yes I did, Elkay, but I've already told you that you stand out from the crowd, except when you have black pudding for lunch and pasta for dinner... unless you've been harnessed to the plough all day, on daisy's day off, and spent most of the night knocking up concrete , with your bare hands, cos you couldn't find a shovel, and you weren't going to let that stop you....

Well, my day wasn't quite like that, but similar

I spent many years partaking of Fried Black Pudding and Bacon on toast. Around 10: to 10:15 each morning. Used to vary it though by some days having brown sauce as well.

Just had a medical MOT, annon. Blood pressure normal and cholesterol levels low, heart rate fine. Hips knackered but can't blame black pudding for that. Hmm or could be the strain on hips of carrying those heavy butties ...

Glad you checked out ok, lib...
Must be high alcohol intake that keeps you fit - I've long believed in its health-giving properties - and if you drink enough of it you don't notice knackered hips either...
As for your strong heart, I'd put that down to Afternoon Delight, and I'd urge you to continue...

Thank you for your kind thoughts and encouragement. I do find though, that reasonable health notwithstanding, that my more rampant attitude to afternoon delight (youth and lust) has diminished. Replaced by a more sedate behaviour .......... I put this down to ambrosia creamed rice.
