Shoulder still playing you up? Yes, it is. I've damaged a tendon and now have an appointment 16th July to have a more involved scan with dye injected into my shoulder

Cut the grass - without grass box cos it was long and wet so it looks awful - if it dried enough will try to go over it again with grassbox later. Strimmed round the edges - arms are both aching now cos I did it 'left handed' cos of poorly right shoulder. Have stronger painkillers now - so I thought if it hurts doing nothing and I hate doing nothing - may as well be hurting and happy Have to say mower is a ride on - so 'it' did all the mowing work! Was the strimming made my arms ache

Following a tip-off from Ali I did stroll around in my garden under the hot sun, with a bottle of champagne and a champagne flute, while wearing a cap.
My thoughts turned briefly to all those poor people who had to go to work today, and how, although we're all born equal, some of us are born more equal than others...
Mmmmm, this champagne's good, I observed, and all thoughts of the poor people went away....
