(no not Ian the Rabbit - she's perfectly well and happy ) It's been years n years since I had rabbit. We used to breed and cook them at home but my mom still isn't a particularly good cook so we couldn't tell what it was when it was served...... Today, to initiate my better half I bought a chopped up one, its like well, can only be described as rabbit chops I suppose. Said Rattes on the packet but is definately rabbit Just checked, t'wasnt rats was Rables....... (with a triangle over the 'a' ) Has anyone cooked rabbit and can share a nice casserole or something recipe with me so that I can perform a miracle? Thanks in advance....

From what I do remember rabbit was rather like the red'er meat of chicken, if that makes sense. Still chicken coloured but the texture slightly different from chicken breast meat (sorry catwoman pls dont read this)
Will choose one of the assortment above. It might be made tomorrow, it might be made on Sunday.......... keep the receps coming.
It is NOT Ian the rabbit!

Did you enjoy the 'not Ian' rabbit? Should I be honest? No not really. Prefer chicken The sauce was great, but for the price per kg of rabbit versus price per kg of chicken it'll be chicken in the same sauce next time disguised as rabbit ;D ;D I think I'd best take a photo of the real 'ItR' just in case anyone did think she was in the pot
