Crikes madame! There is so much to do and plant right now is amazing. Broads, garlic, hunions, cabbage and loadsa things.
But I think you mean the outside things.
I'm very behind this year, would normally have toms in seed trays now and loadsa other stuff - but mostly inside.

I don't have a greenhouse and don't plant or sow anything at all in February, inside or out. I don't start until the months I mentioned above. Anything I sow indoors (due to lack of greenhouse) I start not before mid April. Otherwise I would have sickly spindly plants. If you start later you get much healthier plants. In fact it is better to wait and sow the majority of things outside in the cold frame in May than to do so in April indoors, as the later plants catch up and take over in size and healthiness than the earlier indoor sowings! That's what I do anyway and don't have too many problems. Garlic I sow in the late autumn. Veg patch only has two plots out of 5 ready anyway. Most of the rest still has crops in it! ;D Anyway, hear it time and time again, year in, year out, on various forums, all these "why won't my *** grow?" "why has my *** died?" The answer is always the same - you sowed it too early/it is too cold. ;D
