Any créme UHT 30% mat.gr found with UHT milk plus chantilly mix found in the baking section usually with raising agents (so becarefully packaging the same lol) works. For créme that pours and tastes like UK cream créme de normandy in the fridge section with things like fresh créme anglaise, crémé fraiche, etc. I have not tried to whip it but it pours like single cream..........
