I'm thinking Chinese for ours so can you help?
I've been down to Belasie in Rennes today for a bit of inspiration and to see what ingedients they have (pretty good really)....
What are your most favourite Chinese style dishes?

For me, my preferences are for the many dim sum (home made not shop bought) and soups. Schezwan 'cos i like spicy foods. I also have a few recipes for chinese deserts, not often seen even in good restaurants.

Only like sechuan/spicy, otherwise I'm not really into Chinese at all when there are so many other asian cuisines with more interesting flavours (for me, that is).
