I'm still eating cold roast chicken and salad, but I have lots of salady stuff still in the veg patch so that's OK. I want to cook something sweet though but OH keeps complaining about his waistline but there are all these windfall apples saying 'CRUMBLE' and lots of pumpkins saying 'PIE' in the house. Thanks in advance for recipes Ali. (and can you email those photos too please!!)

Big problem tonight, I have a tin of spam that I’m going to fry up along with some fresh eggs and a French sliced loaf, now do I serve it on a plate and dip the bread in the eggs, or do I make spam and runny egg buttys?

We've been out to the buffet Chinese at Cap Malo this afty - flup! No tea for us tonight! Oh lucky thing, I've heard good things about that chinese resto... LIF - Spam.........brings back memories, we used to have deep-fried, battered spam at school with baked beans... Butties get my vote too!
