This lunacy by the car manufacturers not to supply spares is totally nonsensical from the customers point of view but investing in a spare compared with the price of being towed to a garage to repair a puncture will pay for itself the first time it is used to say nothing of the delay and inconvenience.
Incidentally, did the price of a new car come down when they stopped including a spare wheel?

Exactly what I've done with my last two cars. Then when you flog it put the space saver or tube of foam back and flog your full sized one on ebay.
