I don't know why face is on the last post, it wasn't me! So as I understand it pandj we put 10% of 2012 and 2013 factures into the xx.xx€ box and send to our supplier? For us that would total 350.74 for two years and that would be very welcome at the moment! I don't think you can do the calculation as simple as that. Check your bills. there is a tax for CSPE + you have paid TVA on that tax (I think 19.6%). calculate the total and that is your claim. That's how I understand it, don't bother suing me if I am wrong as I have nowt.

The CSPE is in the middle row, but that is not always the case.

My amount for the last 2 years inc tva is just over 200€ sending my letter tomorrow ;-)

Just received telephone call from EDF - recorded message - acknowledging receipt of our letter which was posted to them on Monday.
