We are moving house next week, and most of me pots & pans are now packed lol! Anyone got any easy simple meal ideas for me hubby (not fussy) and fussy teen?! without having to use loads of pans! (plus I cant be bovvered to cook, and a takeaway isnt on the cards-well it is if you are not fed up of pizza!) ps. hubby doesnt like cheese

baked tatties with whatever is easy, in the fridge, and appeals at the moment!

Have you kept the frying pan handy? Make couscous (you don't need a pan for that, a bowl will do) Then fry up onions and garlic and some peppers (different colours) bung in a bit of chorizo when the peppers have softened and once the chorizo is heated through serve on top of the couscous - simples!

I reckon keep the bbq out, buy bits as needed from s/market and bung on Would love that sort of fun, all around the campfire with big fluffy jackets on cooking al-fresco in November

One pan meals, things like stew with beef or saute de porc. Curry you use 2 pans(one for rice). Or just buy the micro meals then when you have moved your teen will be less fussy and want to eat real food lol!
