I think they use this statue in Langonnet Church to frighten the kids O.K so I may have used some lighting and shadows to "darken the mood" but its still a freaky statue

That statue in Langonnet church looks like Dr Who to me, Wibble!

Apt as usual Troll This one is a poor photo, it was taken whilst bored waiting for friends to go round Rennes le Chateaux. This devil, which supports the holy water stoup, is immediately inside the door to Mary Magdalene church. Does frighten kids cos it is a eye level to them when they walk in. Taken in 2009 when dawdling though france on way to spain, visiting friends and introducing our travelling companions to them. My friend insisted on a ride out to follow the idiot dan brown crowds to see rennes le chateau, my fault as I mentioned that I had been there in the late 70s after seeing a tv program (bbc Chronicles) on the priest and the 'mystery'. Have a snap of a child, looking a bit shocked, and the statue but cannot post it as not got permission to go public with it. Would have been better if i had taken the full length shot but if anyone interested it probably has lots of entrys if googled.
