It's just a thought.
Would anyone fancy a meet up in, lets say Pontorson 50170, walk round the cars/bikes & chat followed by a 'convoy' along the coast from Pontorson, Mont Saint Michel, then back to Cherreuix, Vivier sur Mer through to Cancale for lunch?
No date yet - is just a toe in the water.
We have an old 3cv van that could just about make it with a push or 3 but we used to run these sort of events for the Westfield Car Club in the South of the UK years ago and had huge fun for a long long time.
Easy to make a web page for detail etc - what do you think?
Please do PM me if you have an interest or post here.

My friend turned up a few months ago from the UK in a kit car based on a Ford Mondeo with a 2litre engine. He took me for a spin. Amazing performance and handled like it was on rails, real seat of the pants motoring. It drew a lot of interest wherever we went because they are so rare here due to registration difficulties. Lovely car JP - based on a Lotus 7. Fli's looked and can't remember the kit manufactuers name of that one.
Well so far we have coming:
Fli's 3CV A 1965 Lambretta A yellow mini
If 2 or 3 more join in we'll make this a goer and prob do it in May.

Oh Lambretta I had two of those, a GT 200 and a GP225 absolutely loved them, that is how I met the guy with the kit car, we have been friends since we were 16 and both had scooters. memories. We had some interesting cars between us over the years too. At one time he had an old "sit up and beg" Ford Popular with a V8 under the bonnet and he has in his garage a Subaru WRX which is the fastest thing I have ever driven. Hope you get lots of support, I wish I had something interesting to bring along.

The last vintage rally I went to I took this along after a 3 year restoration [/img] Bit more information about my bus Chassis built by Bristol Commercial Vehicles in 1950. One of the last of it's type. 2426 examples were built from 1937-1950. Bodywork by Eastern Coachworks of Lowestoft. 35 seats Rear entrance Engine; Gardner diesel 5 cylinder 6990cc Gearbox 5 speed straight cut crash box Brakes; vacuum assisted, no power steering This bus was operated by Crosville Motor services of Chester and was based at Rhyl depot. Withdrawn from service in late 60's but retained and modified as a recovery vehicle. Finally sold in the late 70's and was rescued from a garden in Ruislip by us in 1989. Restoration took 3 years and it is seen in 1992 returning from it's first rally.

It's a goer already !! Looking to do this on a Sunday in May. JP you can come along come along in whatever you wish to - your Birthday suit would be great Wibble - no excuse - get on that ferry with W#2 ;D No, not yet made it to the hillclimb, work has to come first and often has Right, on the list so far now is/are: Fli's 3CV A 1965 Lambretta A yellow mini BMW Z3 MX5 Healey 3000 and thats in less than 24hrs since the posting! If anybody would like to stay overnight at our little house in the town you are very welcome, well behaved little dogs that don't wee, poo and chew inside are welcome too - first to shout gets the house for the night (whichever date it's gunna be!) There are 2 bedrooms, double and single bed in each so if you are friendly with each other perhaps more than one set of people can 'bunk' up?

Wibble I don't know much about the car, I know he bought it from someone as an unfinished project. He lives in the Westcounty and I thought he said the firm that made the kit were westcountry based too. Bridport springs to mind but I could be wrong.
